AppWorld BlackBerry 3.0 Comes With New Features

Have been several days since the last major event of RIM and product information is still filtered. This time thanks to friends of N4BB have information of some of the new features of BlackBerry AppWorld 3.0 among which are:

  • Redesigned interface (style OS 6-7 with navigation bars)
  • Share applications via BBM
  • Subscrpción by test content for 7 / 30 days
  • Conversion rates between currencies
  • Search bar style “universal búqueda”
  • Purchase applications under invoice for more operators.

Business Channel on AppWorld

  • Business channel within AppWorld
  • It contain “first to the BlackBerry and later in the Playbook
  • Visibility and permissions are managed by the BES administrator

RIM really needs to increase the quantity and quality of their applications to keep their channel sales / download apps competitive against the two largest market (Android and Apple). The above are good progress, but I think they still need more and better attract developers, especially those whose applications have not come to their platform, but they are icons of good performance in others.

For now, this release seems to be in July / August this year. How come? I bet many have a small or large list of applications that wish to be present in your BlackBerry.

UberSocial for Blackberry (Formerly ÜberTwitter) Now Available For Download

UberMedia As reported in its statement, the application ÜberTwitter already available today for download again, now under the name of UberSocial and Twitter requested changes to avoid violating any service policy. You can Download UberSocial for Blackberry at http://ubersocial.com/blackberry/

As we wrote previously, UberTwitter and various other Twitter clients like Twidroyd were suspended by Twitter. Although several people were a bit ‘disappointed by all this it seems that the situation is well under way and things should return to normal as soon as possible.

Note: Although the application is updated, Twitter has not reactivate the functionality of it, we should expect to be reactivated.

MusicWithMe : Sync Music from iTunes Library to Nokia

If you are users of iTunes but walk in his pockets with a Nokia cell should know what the Music WithMe application offers .

“Music WithMe is a simple and easy to use to bring music in your iTunes library to your mobile phone wirelessly and automatically. You choose the playlists you want to sync iTunes and Music WithMe will do the rest “, summarizes the application developers.

Music WithMe consists of 2 components: the mobile application and the desktop client for Mac or Windows. “The first time you run the mobile application Music WithMe will create a new account using your email address and choosing a password. We register the client desktop with the same information and once you are registered on the client desktop and mobile app you’re ready to sync iTunes playlists to “explain. The interesting thing about this application is that once you make the music synchronization may leave in the background while doing other things.

Music WithMe was already available (go to official site) for BlackBerry for $ 15 after 30 day trial but now the Nokia users can download free from the Beta Labs and is a trial version that works on all S60v5 Symbian and ^ 3. In addition, promising a version for Android soon.
