If you are among those lucky enough to have a phone that runs Android, do not know how many things they can do … well probably if you know and so do, as we are in season and start of classes (some) So here I give you a list of Android apps that can be used to study and play, that are useful both for students and for those who already left school long ago.
Study
EverPaper
It is the mix of popular applications and Instapaper Evernote (in the case of the first and we have spoken here in byte addressing) both have their own application. Roughly Evernote is an app that lets you manage and organize your earrings and ideas, while Instapaper lets you save your bookmarks and other readings for reference later. The app works well and saves you time from having access to two applications in one, it should be noted that it is free.
RepliGo Reader and GDocs
The first is useful for times when you want to open a PDF file, perhaps to study or read what you’re not near your computer while GDocs is the version of Google Docs for Android.
NewsRob
It is a customer of Google Reader that lets you synchronize, download full or split your feeds, including images. You can work offline, mark, shared by e-mail, twitter and delicious and create categories and labels.
Barcode Scanner and Document Scanner
These two apps despite being different have similar functions, what they do is scan the bar code, for example from a book, and seek its price, reviews and more. Very useful for those times when you should buy a book and you can compare prices.
Swype
It is an onscreen keyboard for Android that lets you take notes quickly.
Entertainment
Fandango
For moviegoers, Fandango will allow details on movies, reviews, videos and movie theaters near you. It’s totally free.
Yelp and Google’s Places Directory
Find places to eat, bars and other entertainment venues
Twitter and Facebook
Pretty obvious its use, between classes to update your profile or keep an eye on Trending Topics.
Bump
This particular one I find very interesting. It lets you share photos, contacts, calendar and other things just by having two phones together. It is compatible with Android and iPhone, and you have to do is put two phones together (both running the application) and will begin to share the data they want. These are just some of the applications you can find out there and that they are useful for learners and those without. If you know of any other applications or share noteworthy not stop commenting.
